• To create and manage your HDIP client account
• To facilitate and schedule interviews
• To generate interview reports and analytics
• For billing, invoicing, and customer support
• To improve our services and platform functionality
• To comply with legal or regulatory obligations
• In compliance with Google's User Data Policy, we do not use data from Google Workspace APIs to train or improve generalized AI or ML models.

We do not sell your data. However, we may share information:

• With our interviewers or internal teams to fulfill interview requests
• With third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, cloud storage) under strict confidentiality
• If required by law, regulation, or legal process
• During a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice, if applicable)

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including:

However, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to maintain confidentiality of your access credentials.

We retain client data as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for compliance, legal, and operational purposes. Candidate-related data is retained per the agreed duration in your service contract or until deletion is requested.

As a client, you have the right to:

• Request access to your data
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to contract obligations)
• Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
