Terms And Conditions

1.1 These Terms apply to all users accessing the Platform, regardless of the device or internet-enabled resource used (each a "Device"). By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies of HDIP.

1.2 These Terms govern your rights and obligations in using the Platform and are in addition to any other valid legal contract you may have executed with HDIP for availing interview services.

1.3 HDIP reserves all rights in relation to the Platform that are not expressly granted in these Terms.

2.1 You may only access and use the Platform as per the Terms set by HDIP, subject to payment for services as specified in separate agreements or contracts.

2.2 HDIP services may not be available in all geographical regions, and eligibility to access certain services may vary based on location.

2.3 To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

2.4 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and are solely responsible for activities conducted under your account.

2.5 HDIP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if inaccurate or misleading information is provided.

2.6 Unauthorized commercial exploitation of the Platform, including reverse engineering, reproduction, or resale, is strictly prohibited.

2.7 HDIP reserves the right to restrict or refuse access to any user at its discretion.

3.1 HDIP provides interview-as-a-service solutions, including technical interviews conducted by experienced professionals.

3.2 The Client provides job descriptions and candidate details; HDIP assigns suitable interviewers and delivers post-interview reports.

3.3 All reports generated by HDIP are for internal hiring purposes only and may not be shared, sold, or modified without HDIP's consent.

4.1 All content, software, and intellectual property on the Platform, including interview reports, are the exclusive property of HDIP.

4.2 Clients may use interview reports solely for hiring-related decisions but do not obtain ownership or distribution rights over the reports.

4.3 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of HDIP's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Any feedback provided to HDIP regarding services will not be confidential, and HDIP may use such feedback without compensation.

5.1 Fees for services will be as per the agreement between the Client and HDIP.

5.2 Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe as specified in invoices or contracts.

5.3 Late payments may result in penalties, interest charges, or suspension of services.

6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared.

6.2 HDIP processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

6.3 HDIP does not sell or share Client or candidate data with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

7.1 HDIP aims to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7.2 The Platform is provided "as is," and HDIP makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or performance of interview results.

7.3 HDIP is not liable for hiring decisions based on interview reports.

8.1 HDIP reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform for any breach of these Terms.

8.2 Upon termination, outstanding payments must be cleared within the stipulated timeframe.

8.3 HDIP may also terminate access if required by legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

9.1 To the extent permitted by law, HDIP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

9.2 HDIP's total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client in the last 12 months.

10.1 Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussions within 15 business days of notification.

10.2 If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the Law of India in Bangalore.

10.3 The governing law for this Agreement shall be the laws of India.

11.1 HDIP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

11.2 Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
